Orenda Engines was a Canadian aircraft engine manufacturer and parts supplier producing Canadian military jet engines from the 1950s through the 1970s for the Canadair CF-86 Sabre, CF-5 Freedom Fighter, CF-104 Starfighter and more. The Canadian PS-13 Iroquois engine was designed for the Avro Arrow MK2 production fighter-interceptor and would have rivaled the performance of today's technology! Sadly, it was cancelled in 1959.
